Seasoned human resources executive Stephanie Dixon joins Grafton Integrated Health Network (Grafton) this week as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Ms. Dixon will ensure that the department is positioned to support the goals of the organization as it works to meet the needs of the communities it serves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Dixon will serve as a key member of Grafton\u2019s executive leadership team and will oversee the development and implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, and practices, including recruitment, retention, employee relations and benefits, regulatory compliance, practices and procedures, among other things. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Dixon comes to Grafton with more than a decade of experience. Most recently, she served as Human Resource Director for Bon Secours Mercy Health, where she led change management, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee experience across multiple locations. Her career also includes leading human resource program delivery, total rewards and talent acquisition, as well as human resource analytics and information services. After receiving a B.S. in business management and international business from Old Dominion University, Ms. Dixon went on to receive an M.S. in human resources from the University of Richmond.
